10 CROSBY PRE FALL 2014

Felt unusual viewing this Derek Lam collection for the first time, when writing up my post for Trendland. Realised this was because I hadn't felt that strong a feeling in a long time, when looking at a new collection. A sign or things to change? I hope so, the fashion rules need to be broken sometimes.

Such a relief to get off that plane which has been my friend for the last 18 months and finally see my little house in the countryside again- West Sussex I have missed you.

Annurpurna FootHills Trek, Himalayas

Just finished the gruelling but rewarding 5 day Trek in the Himalayas through all the Nepali villages to the Annurpurna Foothills- breath taking views, blisters and Leech bites!!

Safe to say this is my favourite place in Nepal.

Orchard Garden School, Kathmandu

Honestly The most inspirational school I have been to. These bright little children are just thriving off learning. The lady who opened the school, Bina, told me that many of the children has been violently abused, living in poverty or walking miles to get there everyday...but they still had the most beautiful attitudes about life.

Chitwan National Park, Nepal

So as a weekend escape we made a long journey West to Chitwan National Park. Between elephant bathing, Safari trekking and canoeing we managed to chill by the river with some cocktails.
